Default MAKE A SCRAMBLER GO SLOWER!

You might look into CDIs from kids atvs. I know the E-Tons have a low rpm rev limiter so do the Predator 90s. May be able to use it to limit rpm. You will need to adjust your clutches for the new rpm curve.

Put a sled behind it with 400 pounds of gravel.....

I dont know if this would work but maybe you could put a lowend pipe that reduces topend power..then it wouldnt go as fast and you would still have your power to climb hills.

Some good ideas so far but I can't figure out which to try first. I did think of one on my own. How about some really small wheels all the way around...[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

Seriously I would like to know more about how the clutch system works. Or if anyone has one that is trashed and they want to send it my way I'll pay for the shipping just to get some ideas.

i highly doubt that would work.. it may be a bottom end pipe.. but the top end will still be there..

lol.. the wheels might work.. but that screws up the 4x4 to i think..

How about changing the belt length so it cant ride up into the higher speed part of the sheave. Or limit how far the sheaves move in on the clutch.
