Any body have cold wheather starting problems with a 700 Twin. I have an 02 and it always gives me a hard time starting in the cold. The starter seems to be jamming, the battery is fine, it seems like the starter dosn't have the nuts to turn the engine over in the cold. Has any one else had this problem.
