Default 2 questions about HPD stuff

I have thought about it, and Im thinking about going HPD instead of RCR

1. I have enough money to buy HPD aggressive clutch kit, but does anyone know if thats a good thing to do since I wont be getting a new pipe? Should I jsut wait until I can get the pipe with it?

2. HPD doesnt talk about thier trailblazer pipes that much. I got on there website and went to thier exaust systems to the trailbalzer pipes, but It just talks about what it looks like and gives the price, I own a 2000 trailblazer and Id like to know the diffrent between the pipes HPD has for it...also what woulds be the best pipe with the aggressive clutch kit?

Thanks for any replies

The HPD pipe for the TrailBlazer looks just like the 400 trail pipe. I think you would want to wait an get the clutch kit with the pipe. You can always change the primary clutch spring to get a little more kick from it till can get the pipe+clutch kit.

I think you should wait. I doubt that the clutch kit would work very good with the stock pipe. The engagement on the clutch kit is way higher than stock. RCR sells HPD too. Call Rick he'll hook you up.

If you go HPD then the Trailpipe would be an awsome pick. This pipe gives the best performance in all the rpm ranges. You should get the clutch kit and pipe at the same time to get the full affect of the kit. Be patient and save your money you will be very happy with it.

If you get a clutch kit without the pipe, it will be all good, but when you decide you want a pipe, you are basically going to have to buy another clutch kit, cause the pipe will require different weights and springs than a stock clutch kit. It's more affordable to do it all at once!
