A dremel should do the job real good. I would use masking tape to mark out how you want it. Measure twice, cut once. Use the tape to make sure you have it even on both sides. Then once you cut it, use a couple sifferent grits of sand paper to smooth out the cut.

Well the quad should be done by this weekend Its almost there...

 

The TB250 is done.Just a little touch ups i have to do im going riding tomorrow to use up the rest of my film that ill have pics of it on here....
