Default Scrambler clutches

I don't know who makes all of them, but they certainly don't all look the same.

BBS... I must have lucked up and got one of the faster Scramblers out of the box. I still havn't installed the roller clutch yet but it will soon be on order. Think I should replace the stock belt when I install the roller clutch, if so, which would you suggest? You've been right on the money so far, I value your opinion.

Thanks scrambo, I appreciate that. To tell you the truth, I just run a stock spliceless belt. I use to run a SP700 belt. I noticed that it gripped really well, but found out that it would wear a grove in the clutches after awhile so I put a stocker back in. You can get a Gates Kevlar belt (same as HPS belt) from Napa. I think that Fishslab runs a Dayco belt? I am a little iffy about running an aftermarket belt. Most of them are harder and made form Kevlar. I PERSONALLY would rather replace a $40 belt than 2 $300 clutches. JMO.

Oh, BTW, I say some of those pics on that thread of you catching some air. Nice Some of those guys were talking some serious smack about your machine. I like that one guys comment though. He said he could tell that you had some power cuz he was covered in mud from being behind you in the mud

Yea, a lot of that smack talk is jealousy. some of those guy's really underestimated the performance of the Scrambler. This one guy your speaking of was in front of me till we crossed a field and I blew by him.
