Yes I did a search on this topic, lots of info. But there was a lot of talk about 25 or more grease zerks on the Sportsman.. on my 04 SP 500 I only see 5 zerks in the owners manual and I have only found 3 of those.., one of which I couldn't even get the grease gun on. (yoke from gear box to front)
anyway .. all I want to know is ; are there more than 5 zerks on the 04 model??

When I got mine the mechanic pointed out the only three that are on the 04. The shaft to the front and the ones at the bottom of the struts. I am going to the dealer today and I will check again.

 

Roll the machine forwards or backwards a ways and you will be able to get to the one in the front yoke.
