Default Swing arm skid plate?

I am looking for a skid plate for the swingarm on my TB250, and was looking for suggestions on quality, fit , and price. I have heard stories about getting high centered from a plate in very rough terrain, but I thought that was better than damage, any thoughts? Does anyone have a picture of a chain tensioner for a Trailblazer? How does it work? How often do you replace the roller?
Thanks in advance,
Curt

Default Swing arm skid plate?

I have a guard on my scrammy and have gotten hung up because of it....I was worried about damage as well but after riding behind another scrammy and watching it, I'm going to take mine off. The black disc guard protects things just fine.....one concern I have with y guard is getting a rock caught between the plate and the chain and then it either screwing up my chain or getting dragged up and eating my front sprocket.

BigBadScrambler used to have a pic or 2 of the HPD chain tensioner on his scrammy.

I bought my swingarm skidplate from Rocky Mountain, it's made by Richochet, direct fit easy to install.
