well I'm still at it tuning
I still have the HDP secondary violet spring in set a 2 and 2 for tension
I had to shim the secondary quite a bit to get my new DAYCO belt to work properly
I now have 45 gram weights running 5900 rpm
white polaris primary spring
160 main jet
25 pilot jet
cut the silencer out of the air box and run a silk cover over the snokel hole instead of the snokel (a little noisy) and it made a huge difference!!!!
seems like I'm getting pretty close
now I'm thinking of buying the AAEN torque pipe and spark arrester .........only thing is I'm debating
getting it because it is over $500 canadian to buy
I think I will wait and see how it goes this summer before I pipe it

that is where I found the cylinder and head
I havent really got it out for a real spin yet just in the field working on jetting and it is way faster that stock
the green HDP sring would be awesome for a 400 it is super agressive I just dont have quite enough power to
shift it all the way out
prior to modifying this engine I would pull (slowly) 5200 rpm with 40 gram weights
now I pull 5800-5900 on a short blast with 45 gram weights
I think is still on the pipe at that rpm
I would like to eventually run 6250 with a pipe at which time I will try that green spring again!!!
