If i get my swingarm and a arms powder coated will it hurt anything when i asslembe it. The swingarm and a arms will be after market.

 

Powder coating will increase the ID and OD of any thing you put it on, so you may have to remove the coating on any bearing surfaces. Other than that you shouldn't have any problems.
One word of warning, the polaris frames are quite soft and bend easy. If you put stronger A arms on you Quad you are increasing the chances of bending your frame if you hit something hard.
