I would think the Grizz would take most of those. But if you tied them together for the pulloff, traction might become an issue for the lighter Grizz (yeah, I'm sayin polaris ATVs are a little on the hefty side, nobody attack me please[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]). I also heard the locked 4x4 on the Grizz was speed limited [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] which might hurt it in a hill climb.

Here is how I see it and why.
Pull off contest - Both machines have plenty of power to spin all four wheels and both machines are true 4wd. Polaris wins because it weighs more and thus has more traction.
Speed - Grzzly wins because it has more horse power and less weight.
Mud Hole - Polaris wins because of its superior weight. Nothing beats the Polaris in mud.
Hill climb - I have to call this one a tie. The quickness of the Yamaha would be and advantage but the Yamaha has a light front end which would limit its ability to climb up as steep of a grade as the Polaris.
