handwarmers are a good investment and easy to install, you can get the electric films that install under your preasent handle grips or buy a set of grips with the hand warmers installed inside them. the handwarmers that are installed will probably be the best choice for durability . the film handwarmers will be the cheapest but will work fine . im not familiar with the polaris quad but there must be lots of places to drill a hole for a switch try to pick a place where it will be protected from water etc, olso it should be positioned where you or branches will not hit it olso. a switch should be wired through the ignition switch to make sure it is not left on causing a dead battery. most quads have a plug in for acessorys that is wired through the switch making it a good choice to get a electric supply. do a search on the subject , use all the forums , there has been a lot posted in the past.

thanks roscoe! yes i am going with the new grips with the heating wire in them. I want the switch to look like a factory item. like snowmobiles have. I am new to this web page and learning how to use it. Thanks again.
