Guys I think you can relax about the Wiggles their pretty harmless.
A lot safer than ozzie.

I charged the battery overnight, still nothing, so I suppose I now have to get the battery checked.

Maybe the battery will not hold a charge--- but it should start with the charger on it

well i wouldn't try to srat it with your chager unless you have a bost stage on it, but even then that is really only ment to help it along if your just need a little boost to get a little more cranking rpm. but rather use a piar of booster cables and jump startit from lets say your car of another bttery.

Yeah I think it is, but I would stick with the battery charger if it were me.

your carbureator might be a little dirty from sitting around for four months and it might not want to run, might be a combination of both battery and carb.

my cousins 400ex sat arounnd for 4 months and wouldnt start because the carb was gummed up with fuel and other junk, just a suggestion

Yes it is totaly fine to jump start from you car or truck they run at the exact same voltage 12v to 14v, 14v if the altornator is runing to charge the battery same as a quad. I have done it many times. and if that wasn't true then they whould not put lighter outlets on quads as well !!
