It is a great Quad!!!! It is very reliable with tons of power. True 4x4 is smooth as silk and almost unstopable!! and it is true 4x4 not 3x4 like most others

I have 2 big Polaris's and would not trade them for any other brand!!

The 2004 Polaris 500 HO is probably one of the best ATVs Polaris has ever made. This bike is bullet proof - - - - time tested engine - - - great transmission -- - - - IRS - - - -Huge towing capacity - - and the list goes on. Many other manufacturers have tried to copy it.

never had a belt prob with the sportsman but my scrammy belt is pretty used up!! This does not mean it was not working just I thought it was time to change it. Very seldom with the new bikes do you hear of a belt failure that was not due to opperator abuse!!

Chris

Oh yeah all new polaris's have a lifetime belt warrenty

what is a scrammy belt?

Do u like ur sp500h.0 i would use it for trail riding probably not much mud..

then i would also use it for hauling small loads of sand.
haul a 1000lb trailer just up the yard maybe 10xs a yeah i would use low gear so belts maynot be a problem

I also want somthing that will excellerate. Is this the quad. 500 is as big as i want
