How do you keep TB330 idling when cold?
My 2004 model is lame when cold too. The trick is to use the choke (and throttle) until it warms up before you ride. Each machine is different and you'll have to learn what choke settings work best for you. 3/4 choke at first, then less and less as it warms works for me. Mine takes about 5 minutes, then it runs like a charm all day. Good luck.

These are notorious for cold running issues. The best thing for it is to raise the needle. Do this by lowering the clip one position on the slide needle. You must remove the top gold round plate on top of the carb, then pull the slide out. Your dealer should do this for you. Also you can adjust the pilot screw on the bottom of the carb, but you have to drill the brass epa plug out first.

I adjusted the idle speed by turning in the black **** on the bottom of the carb.
It will now idle.
Before, I had to hold the throttle in slightly just to keep it running no matter where the choke was set.
I guess the dealer lied when he said it went thru their shop, and was all set to go.
Being March, should I re-jet, or just wait til next fall.
PS. this Quad is much nicer to ride than my old Bayou 220!
