700 EFI FOULS PLUGS WHEN COLD "HELP"
Has anyone had trouble with there 700 efi fouling the plugs?
If I don't warm it up real hot it fouls the plugs the dealer says i don't know what to do.
It's been back 5 times there saying i dont warm it up well it's got 30 miles and 8 hrs of run time
it spends more time warming up then running. I need help.

Wheres kalamazoo, mn at?
I thought the reason for going to efi, was to eleminate these kinds of problems. It should idle or run wide open and not foul plugs. Something in the feedback loop isnt sending the message. The dealer should be able to hook up the computer and figure it out. If they cant, then they need to call their tech center and come up with something.
Does it have any other symtoms? Hesitation, bog, miss fire, or stumble? Any black smoke in exhaust?
It usually isnt good to let the motors idle for long, but with efi, it shouldn be a problem.

Check the coolant temp sensor, if it's getting the wrong readings (temp!) the computer will adjust the air fuel mixture causing an overrich OR even a lean condition.
a lot of times it will not even set a code because the computer dont know the TRUE coolant temp.
first thing i would do is check all the connection's first, maybe one loose or disconnected.

WRENCHNNUTZ is probably right. Tell your dealer to quit being so passive and lazy and DO something. Tell them to start with the temp sensor because that is probably the problem. One other thing that MIGHT be happening, but I would not put much faith in it is the ignition system (CDI / STATOR / COIL). If you are not getting a solid spark you can foul. Have you inspected the intake system (snorkel and air filter) for any kind of debris or blockages? I know it does not sounds likely, but whatever the problem is, it will probably not be obvious and probably be very simple.
