Default Rear suspension adjusting and swing arm bushings

Hey can you guys help me with a few things? First off, I am in the process of adjusting my rear suspension(the spring tension-not sure what that is called) How do you loosen the nut and then how do u loosen the spring? Is there a special tool that fits over those nuts? Ok and my last question, what do I do with the bearings, or bushings, in the swingarm? I have no idea about what to do with them, and how do I go about doing it? My chain has never been broke before either. Thanks guys. Any help or hints will be greatly appriciated. Brad

the bushings in the swing arm? i assume you mean greasing them...
you gotta take the bolt out of the motor and swing arm... so the swing arm drops down...then lube the bushing that are on the swing arm and slap her back together.

Ok, so I don't have to break the chain?? And do you have any advice about the nuts on the top of the rear shock, loosening them? Thanks Hozed
