I use to jump my Xplorer a little from time to time. Never very much though.
But I think it can take jumping a little better then the sportsman because it's a swing arm and not IRS.
I've always heard the same as what you guys said it's really hard on the bushings.

I have 6500 miles on that sportsman 500. No, I have not replaced anything that I would consider related to jumping. Acually, it has been trouble free for the most part. I have only replaced what I would consider normal wear parts, brakes pads, tires, oil changes, etc. the only thing that I have chage that I would question as normal wear would be a shift linkage rod and a theromal sensor. It has been very dependable.[/quote]
