Polaris Insurance?
Polaris' insurance is underwritten by Markel who happens to be one of the bigger ATV underwriters. No need to go through Polaris though as you would be putting good money into Polaris' pocket for doing nothing but sending you an offer.
I raised the insurance question here a while back after I bought my first ATV back in January. The quote I received in the mail from Polaris (Markel) was about $950 / year which I thought was outrageous however, I found that was almost ball park for us poor saps out here in California! You might do a search for that thread and you'll see a whole bunch of people that are paying a small amount for insurance through Progressive or ATV-Line. If you're in California...you're pretty much screwed. I just received another unsolicited offer from Polaris for the new 500HO I recently bought and that quote was $1050/yr...it just gets better and better don't it? For all us California folks, if you buy comprehensive and liability, you won't pay too much. Tack on Collision, and you're screwed. Comprehensive is good, especially if you're making payments. When your house burns down, or that skumbag goes into your garage and rips off your new ride, you're covered. I went through Progressive, and I think I paid $271 for a year for both my Sportsman and Prairie (comp and liability only). Don't use their web site. Call them instead. Who knows why, but there's a major difference in price. I would shop around. Others may be cheaper.
An interesting note. I called them recently to add my KLR-650 to my policy. My total price went down by $2 to insure them all. In other words, it was free to add the motorcycle, and I got money back, too. WTF?

Well, thanks for all the info. I just called progressive. $250 deductible, full coverage ($50,000/$100,000) without medical (military covers med). Wife and I have clean driving records, and are both in our early 30's. Live in Las Vegas and keep the quads in the garage.
$544 a year for the quads below. Not too shabby! I am now insured.
Thanks again!
