Anyone deal with the dynojet kit for the 4x4 scrambler? I just received mine off of ebay and I will order my pipe probably this week. I want to order the HPD, is the 300 dollar price tag right?
Thanks

I took a few minutes last night to look at my cable, it was late and I couldn't see very good. I didn't see any chaffing or feel any worn places, I plan to look a little closer this weekend. A small hose would probably be a cheap fix if there is going to be a problem. Thanks for the heads up.

Just need a clarification. I checked my 04 SP400 and didn't notice the cable near the shifter bracket (didn't pull the panel off yet). Is this a problem with the 04.5 Sportsmans with the in-line shifter or the 04 with the H-pattern shifter, or both? Thanks.

It looks like all sportsmans with inline shifter ... just take off the right side (shifter side) panel and starting at the carb ... following the cable with your hand ... about 4" before the carb (toward the front of the machine) there is a cross member ... the cable is rubbing on this metal cross memeber. You should be able to lift the cable and see the paint is rubbed off the cross memeber and the cable is worn.

********UPDATE
When riding for the first time after getting my 500HO back with new cable and routing ... now stalls @ idle when you place the sterring full right or left. Taking it back to dealer on monday so they and Polaris can look into the problem. Looks like the new mounting points are causing the cable to not flex correctly and hold a steady idle under hard left/right sterring.
