clutch tuning

Default clutch tuning

any one out there have any sugestions on tuning the cluth on a 94 300 4x4 polaris. Looking to gain a little more power out of this machine any ideas. Gonna get punched out at least 20 over.

Default clutch tuning

You can contact any of the Polaris specialty shops, HPD (www.hpd-inc.com), RCR- Ritter Cycle Racing ( you can PM Rick here), Hot Seat (www.hotseatperformance.com), or Aaen (www.aaenperformance.com). Aaen also has a great clutch tuning book which was recently revised to include the new Comet primary clutch.

Don't let the hp numbers fool you. Its all in how you get it to the ground. Clutching clutching clutching!

Default clutch tuning

If I were you and just wanted a noticable improvment on power I would just change the blue/green primary spring to a Polaris white and see what it does.Cost you all of $25 and you WILL see a differance.
