any one out there have any sugestions on tuning the cluth on a 94 300 4x4 polaris. Looking to gain a little more power out of this machine any ideas. Gonna get punched out at least 20 over.

Aaen also has a great clutch tuning book which was recently revised to include the new Comet primary clutch.

 

If I were you and just wanted a noticable improvment on power I would just change the blue/green primary spring to a Polaris white and see what it does.Cost you all of $25 and you WILL see a differance.
