Well if it is not in low gear,you will need to check the secondary clutch buttons.

Make sure you check your throttle cable play. The ETC system can do some funny things to the machine. Throttle play should be between 1/8"-1/16". I have an 2004.5 sportsman 500, only 35hrs on the machine. I went riding this weekend and at the end of the ride, it would not rev more than 4500RPM. I checked my throttle free play and it was close to 1/4". Tightened it up, and bang...new machine[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
