how is the predator 500's holding up? My friend had an 03 - biggest PILE.... had it for 3 months and then traded it in... had WAY to many problems and the handling sucked... what do you guyz think?

The first few were junk, in the middle of 03 they started to fix problems, for 04 the pred is pretty much perfect..

Mine shifts nice, handles great no problems here..

You also have to remember with any first year quad there will be bugs, look at the 01 raptor for example..

I have the 03, and haven't hand any problems with it at all. I had the brake mod done to it yesterday, but I wasn't leaking like I've heard some of them have been. I personally don't like the mod, kind of half azz looking compared to stock line holders with the oversized zip ties.

Anything will fall apart if you don take care of it. Treat it right and it'll treat you right.
