Anyone have problems w/ oil induction system
after adding modifications? (pipe/clutch/carb)

What kind of problems are you talking about?
I added a twist throttle before the mods that made it run rich on oil, I think the cable is to short on the after market kit.I was always going to fix it but, after hearing about scuffing pistons on other people's quads I think I'll leave it heavy on the oil for now.

Lope,

I did have a problem when I added the 38mm TMX Mikuni carb. I did what they said to adjust the oil pump with the throttle slide and it didn't work. I kept fouling plugs, so I got the block off kit and installed it. I now run 50:1 Bel Ray in it. It seems like it is running a tad rich on the bottom end though.

It looks like I'm going to have to break in the engine after it gets back together, so I might as well start using pre-mix full time. I want the motor to last this time around.
