OK ill look into the vent hoses. The trailblazer has a vent hose that runs out of the bottom of it also. Ill look into rerouting it to. What do I need to do to get them started again? Just drain the carb and pull the spark plug and dry it?

OK I just got back from working on the problem. I took off the side fenders and front piece, took out the gas tank and got to the spark plug. I was fouled, it was black at the tip and up about 1/4 inch. The oil level was high also, so I guess water got into the oil so I changed it. I turned it over a couple times with the spark plug out and some water vapor came out when I did. I also cut the carb vent hoses shorter. I posted a new topic on how to drain the carb but if anyone knows how please just post it here. I dont know why the manual didnt explain how to drain it. take the 4 screws outa the bottom of the carb to drain it... it might have a drain screw but that is an easier way to explain how its done.

OK I got them fixed now. Thanks for the input from all. The tb was easy, just drained the carb and ejected the water out of the cylinder and it started right up. The pred was a little trickier tho. I had drained the carb and ejected the water from the cylinder, and it still did not start. After thinking about it for a while, I figured maybe water had gotten in the fuel filter and caused it to swell and was not letting any gas through. So I took out the spark plug and put a couple drops of gas in the cylinder with an eyedropper and put the spark plug back in and tried it. It fired up perfectly like it was nothing, sputtered a bit, the ran strong from there. Turns out I had an air bubble in the line whitch was not letting gas get to the cylinder. It runs kinda rough right now tho, Ill probly change the spark plug and the fuel filter and a couple other things anyways. I also re-routed the vent tubes.
