Did anyone else who went think that the Salamanca Dice run sucked? The trails were backed up for literally miles. I set my odometer before the trip. In 4 hours, we moved 5 miles. By five o'clock, and 6 miles later, we just took the road back, loaded up on trailer, and headed home!

Yeah I was there, and was fairly upset by the time the run was over, but I expected it to be bad. The mud played hell on everyone, traffic jams all over the trails, but all in all it wasn't too bad. Had fun when I wasn't stuck in traffic.

I was there and was very disappointed. We got out fairly early but the traffic jams were horrible. Someone had been messing with the trail markers and a whole bunch of people found themselves headed back to the fire hall when following the "Pit stop 2" signs. We were among them but decided there were just too many wheelers and too many traffic jams, went home less than halfway through. I am really undecided about the september run. They need to set up so there are a couple of different trails or let the early birds on the trail at 9AM, or something to try to cut all the waiting.
