cuts out at idle

Default cuts out at idle

My 2002 TB250 cuts out at idle what wrong?

does it work otherwise, i.e. riding? Your idle screw may be too low if it works fine when the RPMs are higher

check idle screw gas is on reserve? [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img] mine does it too some times, just play with idle screw on make sure gas is on ON position [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

Default cuts out at idle

sounds like the throttle cable is a little loose. you may need to tighten it up some with the adjuster near the handlebars. Polaris bikes have a safety switch in the throttle that keeps you from having a runnaway from a stuck throttle
