I talked to Rick today. This guy is super friendly. I had a lot of dumb questions and he took them in stride. I ordered the Stage 1 kit for the Trail Boss 325. It includes a new muffler, clutch spring, jet, and airbox modifaction with K&N filter. Cost is $250. I will let you know how it works. Next step will be to add the full 414 kit. Rick said adding the 414 kit will greatly improve excelleration. He guessed top end would be increased at least 5 MPH. but he has not had a radar gun on it yet. Exceleration is increases so much that you can pull and a wheelie from a slow speed. The only way I can do that now is to hold the break, rev it up and pull like heck.

You guys with 500's are probably rolling your eyes, but this is my 1st bike and I am pretty excited.

I'll give a full report after installation and a hard ride.

Just thought I had to tell somebody.

Keep us posted on the results of the upgrades. My wifes 325 may need to be upgraded soon and I would be interested in the gains you get out of this kit. I think the 325 tboss is a great machine for the money. Just remember, the only bad atv is the one in the garage not being ridden. Ride hard, ride often.

I hope it works great, i bet it will be more than 5 mph I bet 10. I saw the video that they raced stock vs 414 and there seemed to be no comparison. i wonder why he picked 414?
