taking the case apart is very easy,thanks ced for the encouragement[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] i must say its alot of fun also..what type of silicone should i use when putting it back together?i usually use orange rtv for everything,would something like permatex be better?thanks

For the middle cases you need to use Yamabond (the grey stuff).Everything else will have a gasket.

Default scrambler bottom end help

Yamabond,Hondabond, or even some called threebond. It is a special semi-drying sealer. Real funky stuff to work with compared to silicone but MUST be used to avoid sealing problems. Usually not much more then a good tube of silicone either.
