I have a 2000 Polaris Sportsman 500. Today, after I started it up, I noticed antifreeze dripping out the bottom. It appears to be coming from the weep hole just behind the water pump. I have a spare engine that I am going to yank the pump off of and replace it. Is there anything special I need to know for doing this job? Am I replacing the right part? If anyone knows, I would appreciate any advice. I am leaving for Arkansas first thing in the morning so I am hoping I can get this done tonight.
