scram500 steering stem tower bent,,,,any advice
The scrammy rolled over some boulders.
The part of the frame that the upper steering stem mount bolts to is bent. Basicly pushed back (towards the gas tank) about 3 inches.
I plan to just take everything off of it and start whomping on it.
anyone been there?? any advice??

I've bent a couple of frames as you described. After pounding it out, you may want to stiffen it with a piece of angle bolted across the tower using the upper bushing retainer bolts. Drill a hole large enough for the grease zirk to fit through...

I used a porta-power to bend it back today
used the rubber mounts on the ram
You cant even tell that it was ever bent,,,,,not even a scratch.
the porta just paid for itself imo,,,,took about 2 minutes,,,,,,and I didnt need to take off all the little stuff mounted to the tree
