trailblazer 250 cut exhaust?

Default trailblazer 250 cut exhaust?
my friend is looking to hop up his TB a bit and on his 96 his exhaust is all one piece, and well to start he was just going to get just the MTD silencer from HPD.

can he cut it? or what should he do?

if there is some way he can cut it he can save some money.....or does anyone have any ideas?

theres no way due to the design ofthe stocker
