Well i took the EFI back to a differant dealer today because they had the neccessary tools and parts to fix it, only after i had a chat with polaris because this dealer said it would be 1 month till they could work on it because i didnt buy it there....


I dont know what has gotten into that darn machine....you have to hold the throttle like wide open now just to start it...and if you let off it just stalls.......

Ive just made another payment on it...and basically for the last 3 weeks its spent more time at the dealers....then in my garage......

i hate to say it...but im realy getting upset....and very very very frustrated......and i hate to be like that...because polaris has never ever let me down......

I just want it fixed.....and i hope they can get r done this time....

I had the same problem with my 600 twin. They couldn't fix it after five trips to the dealer. I got fed up and traded it off. I took a beating but I finally got a quad that would run right.

 

Definately sounds like a TPS sensor issue

 

i know it sounds like a TPS issue...wich i am totally sure that it is.........no dealer with in a reasonable amount of driving distance has the TPS tool...i guess its special for the EFIs.....and they only have the ones in the factory and never made any for dealers......

or atleast that is the line that i am getting......

all i know is they gave me a loaner ......and its like going from a cadilac to a beat up freakin shot cavlier ahahahhaha.....

they gave me and expidtion 325 which hey im not b!tching.....because i got some sort of transportation....i can get the farm work done with it.....but....it just dosnt have the power im used to .....
