What are the odds of that. Two posts, same answer, exact same time...

Default bogging problems

my 250 does that on hot days when i have been hard on it i normally just let it cool down then when it starts it seems like it wants to die and if i get on the throttle hard it will so i normally build the rpms real slow and it seams to wake the moter up and then it will run fine oh yea it only does it after i turn it off and then try and turn it back on....and only on hot days

Before you change your carb settings, I would make sure that the carb is clean. If this problem just started happening, then I would assume thats the problem. If your jetting was fine before, then something happened to cause this problem. Make sure your fuel line and filter are free flowing, it sounds like the carb is starving for fuel.

Default bogging problems

My Sportsman started to bog on load about a week ago same time we got some real hot muggy weather. I moved the clip up two notches on the needle and now it's ok. I am now thinking about rejetting...
