first time dealing with Rick Ritter.
I called Rick on Wed, but the shop was closed, so I left a message. Well today there were 2 mesages on my voice mail where he had called me back. I actually called him today (sat) at 3:00 and talked to him for about 20min. I tell ya what, you cant get that from many shops. Hes got me pretty much squared away, and hopefully ill be blowin smoke in 2-3 weeks.

i really wish that other companies could see this forum so they could take notes, on how customer service should be!!!!
rick ritter is the man!
i wasnt even buyin anything from him,, but i needed tech advice on someone elses product. we talked on the phone as if we were buddies, told me the ins and outs of that product. and that was that.
i trust the guy thru and thru........ and trust is HUGE in atv business~!!!

Thank you all for the kind words , I am gratefull .
I was closed last week and had to get away for a while , sorry I missed your call in the first place .
I am going to be in the shop for the next 50 weeks straight (barring sickness or death) . If I can be of service just ring me on the phone .
