Snorkeling a 400 Sportsman

Default Snorkeling a 400 Sportsman

Hey guys,
I want to snorkel my clutch intake with out cutting my plastics and at a low expence. What should i use to do this? Were should i route it to and how? Add any tips or info to this project please and thank you.

Default Snorkeling a 400 Sportsman

My buddy has his snorkled, used some i believe 2" (?) pool water hose
he routed it up behind the left side panel, He had to squish it just a little bit going past the fuel tank and ended it up at the top of the tank.....If i can find it, i will post a link that has some pics of that mod

I'm a little cofused! I thought that the clutch intake was behind the small holes in the plastic covering the tank. Isn't that snorkel mod actually on the clutch air outlet?

yep, thats the exhaust...I am supposing that he was actually refering to the exhaust since that is the lowest point on the system. But you are on your toes.
