Try "noodles" from the swimming pool under the fenders for a quick removable float on a run that has quickly changing enviroments and you don't have time for the rest.....

 

been there and done this....a must for duck season in the sloughs.....at the time i had a honda 450 (600 lb machine) mounted with 26" vampires. i made a dual wheel kit and mounted the factory tires with rims to the outside with (2) 6" boat fender floats strapped to the front rack area close to the skid plate. this was used to help turn the nose of the machine when entering from steep banks or falling into hidden holes. it works great but the speed is slow; reverse your tire direction. you can actually stop and turn the engine off if you want to. the water level hit me just above the ankles and i weigh close to 200lbs. have fun and let me know what happens.
