Im a suzuki king quad owner, but I thought all the polaris bashing (( including friends of mine that own them )) was because of their generally somewhat poor reliability and quality. Not bashing on them, but havent most of the owner surveys of polaris quads, even shown this to be the case? I think polaris makes decent quads, but they are kinda like not the same as all the japanese quads in several ways. The weight is over the limit of about 600lbs that is set for quads in general, the braking system doesnt work in 4wd the same way most japanese bikes do also. Ive ridden polaris quads, and honestly they seem okay. But most of the owners of them, try mine and say it "feels" bettter made. Although mine is slow, I sorta feel what they feel also. Its a hard to quantify feeling. Sorta how a honda automobile "always feels better made" than a chevy cavalier or a dodge neon. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

 

They dont make them like they used to...but ive NEVER had any problems with ANY polaris's.. trailboss 250 lasted 11 and i beat the living crap out of that poor thing, ran perfect when we traded it in, and im sure it still does

 

Polaris quads may weigh more but most of them have the power to make up for it and still be just as fast as the other makers quads.

I too have the same problem. Polaris sucks, you made a big mistake buying that, etc. I get the with all the money you put into that dog you could have had one fast ds or what someone else thinks I should ride. I love my preddy and don't care. I could have $40,000 into and as long as I'm happy it's my problem not there's. I respect others with what every they ride. Also it's funny the ones that picked on me the most just brought polaris so there's that!
