Default How do i get front fenders off

i need to get my fenders off the front of my Scram, and i havent before..i dont have a manual either. The problem is with the stupid plastic dash. There are two little bolts in the center of the dash plate, but when i take those out i can't get the faceplate off. Is the dash all one piece, and what is the secret of removing it? Thanks

yeah after u get the 2 little screws out from the dash u have to unscrew the ones around the ignitions switch and the choke, plyers should do the job for both. Once you do that the black piece should come off fine. another thing that may hold u up is on the shift **** the top plastic piece will catch....hehe on mine we didnt catch that and pried the plastic off and the top piece from the shifter shot about 30 feet in the air...lol. After that it should come off just fine, i mean other than normal twisting and turning to fit over the bars.
