So what happens to people with extended warrantys if there engine goes with the HO coming out
#1
Was just wondering since the regular Sportsman will be eventually phased out. What will happen if you have an engine blow on a Sportsman, will they replace it with the new HO engine. Because eventually there will be no regular Sportsman engines left...will there??? Think about this one fellows....

They just rebuild it with stock parts. They wouldn't replace your crank, cam, and carbuerator with a different part number and get it all tuned right under warrenty.
Plus, Polaris won't discontinue the parts. For one, a few 500's still use the non-ho motor. Second, most manufactures (maybe by law?) keep making parts for bike up to 10 years old.
In a different case, say your tie-rod ends went out, then they might update to the new ones.
