that weep hole is there to tell you when your water pump seal is bad... i dont think oil should be any where near it...

The oil seal for the water pump drive shaft is leaking, the water pump mechanical seal will also need to be replaced as the oil seal is behind it. If the shaft is grooved or pitted where the seal rides the shaft will need to be replaced which requires spliting the cases. The weep hole is between the seals so either coolant or oil can leak out there.

Thanks for your replys. This must not be common because the mechanics at the local dealership seemed clueless. Is this something I can fix myself? I am semi mechanical. Will I need special tools?

There is a special tool for removing and installing the water pump mechanical seal, the oil seal is in front of the shaft bearing. A small hook tool should pull it out. It's your call on whether to do it yourself, you might take it apart and just have a competant mech replace the seals saving you the tear down/assembly labor...
