race lightened flywheel
i run the HPD race flywheel since day one as well as i started to put mods on it,,,sweet easy pull rop starting.make best throttle response,
it is 2,3 lbs lighter from what they done.for tight trail situations it can be harder for beginner rider with the need to rev-up more the motor through to get as much torque, but the even snappier feel it give worth
the extra $ on a race mods setup.

Now that you brought up the weight thing. I think that the Polaris claims on the TBs
weight is off. I just weighed my bike with a 440 lb hanging scale and with all the stuff
that I have removed it weighs 420 lbs with just 1/8 tank of gas. Polaris claims that a
99 TB 250s dry weight is 440 lbs and I know that I have remove 50 pounds of stuff.
The scale is correct so I figure that my TB was really about 470 lbs. Has anybody
else came to this conclusion?
