Extended Warrenty? That is the question!

I am new to the sport and this spring I bought an 700EFI. Is the extended warranty worth the money or not. I have the option to purchace it before my 6 months run out.

generally extended warranties are a joke......I personally wouldn't get one....

Probably a waste but I bought one for piece of mind. I am in Washington but bought one through this dealer in California for $620.00 for 4 years.
