Default First Post and a vent

My brothers got a recall notice for their Sportsmans from our Polaris Dealer!! They loaded them up-drove to the dealership-the mechanic looked at them and that fast it was over!!

as far as how often you should adjust them... probably every 6 months to a year on a utility

The valves set @.006 on both.

Don't know about the 500 HO, but on the Boss, the hardest part is seeing the TDC mark on the recoil housing.

Oh man, it is next to impossible to see the TDC mark on the recoil housing. I just take off the timing chain cover and find TDC that way
