noticed a little play in the bars while getting ready for riding today. When i took the pod off to look at it three of the nuts were only hand tight and there was alot of play . Anyone else notice this happening on their machine>?

I have an 03 Trail Boss. I ride it hard and tighten every nut I can find quite often. I found one of the nuts you speak of loose. Also check the bolts on the lower clam shell on the rear brake caliper often.

Have you guys ever tried Loctite,,,gets some blue. Its the medium strength and it will cure those loose bolt problems.
