i used some plastic and cut a templet out so mine would be even on both sides i also used a dremal and it took about 20 seconds per fender cut through like a hot knife through butter...

Default Shaving fenders

I trimmed the rear fenders today but i had to do one side different because i wanted to keep my exhaust guard on. I didnt trim them that much just about 2 inches but im thinkin about trimmin the fronts just a little bit more. The pics are in my gallery im just waiting for them to be approved.

rustoleum plastic primer and then just regular rustoleum paint.

how is it holding up to abuse? what kind of abuse do u put it through?

it has held up very well but i only ride in sand.
