I pre soak mine with Big Job degreaser then hit it with the preasure washer and hand wash everything. After it's dry I spray the whole underside, frame, joints,linkage, electrical connections and switches,Aarms axels and boots with WD40 and everything up top, plastic seat, boxes, tires gets Tire foamed...........

I hose it down really good...........then spray the all the black and everything under the bike with spray 9.
I let that soak, then i hose it down really good again.
after that I hand wash with soapy water, and hose it down again.
I then to a quick dry of all the black plastic parts, and the rest of the bike.
After that I spray the whole bike with Tire foam, and some times I give the
complete bike a quick wipe to make sure that everything got covered and looks
brand new!!
It works for me!!!

i forget what kind of acid it is. my cousin said "here use acid this and it will brightened up your alluminum". i know it doesnt help u much. but i think 2005bf750 has got the right idea. i just dabbed it on with a paint brush and rinse. waalaa!! shiny struts. then i hit it with a wire wheel and it got even shiner
