Step #7 always gives me the most trouble. Have to repeat it several times just to make sure I got it right.

I use step #7 in almost every project I start. Even if there are only 2 steps.

It's a different process on the 05s. The brake caliper is different and there is no bolt that goes in from the bottom.

lol its easy, just lossen the 3 screw's and twist the axle[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img]

lol jk

but yeah theres those 2 huge screws on the yellow swing arm on both sides of the axle, u loosen those up a bunch, and theres a small screw thats upside down on the break caliper that u need to loosen to, i think thats like a 9/16th's if i can remeber and when its all loose u just twist that part of the axle and it tightens up the chain, its alot easier if some1 shows u up it's not as difficult as it sounds..

but yes i'd have to agree the manual sux!
