Speaking of childish?DID'NT I also have some negative things[YOU CALL THEM slams] to say about my Kawi,Honda, and Suzuki 4x4s too?Why did'nt you also print that too?

I'll tell you why?Because YOU cant stand to have someone with far more ATV experience come in here and tell you facts about your precious little Polaris product that you cant stand to hear.

I'll bet if I said Polaris ATVs were the best ATVs and no other manufacture can come close to them, you and I would'nt even be having this conversation,BUT,since I have a DIFFERANT opinion of that topic,I have hurt your BRAND SENSITIVE feelings. And you bring up the word CHILDISH?

You can ride ANY ATV that YOU want, all ATVs today are some pretty good quality quads, but as I earlier mentioned, they ALL are NOT perfect in everyway, some do have a few shortcomings.

Enjoy your ride, whatever brand you choose!

I have read a lot of muddy 4 lifes threads over the last couple of years and appreciate what he has to say because he has had alot of the same problems I have had onthe same models of polaris that I have ,so when something goes wrong with his or anybodies quad for that matter I like to read about it so maybe I willbe able to prevent that problem from happening to my quad with a little more TLC to that specific part or what ever(mind you I think muddy could maybe offer a few more solutions to the problems but sometimes there is no solutions ).I have owned 4 quads 1 honda I bought used in the early 90's that was wore out when I got it ,but still worked good and was working good when I sold it ,I have had three new polaris's since 2000 a 00 400 exploder (lots of issues with this one )and a 01 hoe and a 04.5 hoe (minimal problems ), the polaris machine may have problems but when it comes to the fun factor they are hard to beat and if you aren't having fun whats the sense in being out there.keep the posts coming muddy I am sure there is lots more on here that like to read them.

Ok, lets compare, how old are you?

I won't do any slamming here, i'll give you my complete experience....I'm over 40 years old. I'm not even sure how many ATV's I've had, but I've been riding them since my first 3 wheeler which was a Yamaha 125 in the 1970's, I then graduated to a Honda 200x...wow, that was a big jump it had a suspension....

Then I went through the 2 stroke phase, a Honda 250R, Suzuki Quadzilla 500, etc. Took alittle break and then been stuck on utitlity machines, I've owned probably I would guess about 15 of them. I've ridden in most states other than the northeast.

Then I took a break, I started road-racing motorcycles. In 1988, I won 3 Regional Championships, the Southeastern United States AMA Championship Cup Series....in Middleweight Superbike, Supersport and Grand Prix. Then I went to Daytona and won two National Championships in Middleweight Superbike and Gand Prix. My Sponsor included, Arai, Dennis Kirk, Cycle Design, Nolan, Dunlop, etc.

So 12.5 years ago I moved here to New Mexico, I've owned Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki and Polaris ATV's. I've ridden every brand during that time. I had an Artic Cat also shortly during that period, but didn't like it at all and parted with it in a short period.

Like I said a thousand times before, I have Polaris's now for a reason, my reasons, not for anyone else....

Impressive. When I have some questions about riding fast, I'll send them to you.

Thanks for the background.

Im 47 yrs old and been riding 3-4 wheelers since 1983.Prior to that,I was also a dirt bike rider.I've also owned the Tecate,Banshee,Suzuki Quadzilla, and Yam Warrior, just to name a FEW.

I dont think you and I are very far apart with our thinking.Though I have never entered into competetion as far as you have and l and cannot boast your incredable winning record,In 2000,I chose to lay my focus and experience on the ATV safety industry, and am currently the Director of the Michigan ATV Safety Association.I also instruct the safe/responsable use of ATVs on a National level with the ATV Safety Institute, and am also a certified safety Instructor for Bombardier 2-Up ATVs.I have owned far to many ATVs since 1983 to list and discuss.Right now,I own a 700cc EFI Suzuki King Quad,2-Kawi 360cc Prairre 4x4s and some smaller youth models, none less than 2003 in their yrs.

Ride what YOU like, its what YOU spent your hard earned cash on!

I probably ride alittle too fast at times when riding by myself...experience doesn't always cover for things that can happen on the trail....

I also raced the Busch World Cup tour on Jetski's, I raced the X2 class on a Kawasaki....I was doing pretty well for my first year until my Jetski got stolen....I finished second to Matt Aligood at Daytona....Matt became the world champion the following year....

Side notes...I won the NM State Archery Men's Unlimited 3D championship.....

Can't own a Motorcycle now, even though have a road bike in the garage, I get too many tickets...I got 3 tickets for careless driving in 3 months...time to slow down....I got pulled over twice in one week for doing wheelies.....

ah well, something to do....

So all this bullSh8t about they make it heavy to last, is garbage.
lol....but you don't own one now, you owned an early 90's one, I'm on my 3rd polaris without a problem....the only other machine i've owned with no problems was a honda fourtrax 300....my yamaha's and kawasaki's all broke....were they bad machines, nope...i expected something to break eventually, they were good machines also....

but you don't own one now, so how can you bring your piddly little *** here in this forum and ask a dumbass question like that....as you can tell, i've about had enough....so get the f..k out of here before i whup your *** from here until the end of the earth you little piece of $hit.....damn that was fun....now I just have to clean the blood off my knuckles....i'll use your panties and bra to clean them up....lol....

gotta love it....lets go riding sometime...

Sir, you have got some serious issues... you cannot write something like that and expect people to take you seriously. You need to enroll in an anger management program before you hurt yourself, or more importantly, before you hurt others.

Bragging about your carelessness when riding motorcycles also doesn't help your cause. You may think that getting 3 careless driving tickets in 3 months makes you special, but it doesn't. Getting pulled over for riding wheelies doesn't make you special either. One day you will seriously injure someone, or worse, you will kill someone with your wreckless driving. I can only imagine how you drive your ATV around others. If I lived near you, I would report you to the police and have them tail you everytime you get on your motorcycle or ATV. Boy, some people have to ruin everything for others; no wonder ATV's get such a bad rap. Grow up.
