What does everybody use? I am looking for something light, breathable. Any help is always appreciated.

I went to meijer to get mine. go to the sporting department back by the fishing stuff, they have raingear thats in like a compact/air vacuumed bag. when you take the suit out of the bag it gets air and regains it's size. I got the camo suit, they are two piece rain suits and the top has a built in rain hat/cover and front zipper with large dual pockets, the pants are pretty nice too. the suit is made of pvc/rubbery plastic material and the rain/mud pretty much falls or runs off the suit. great for riding in the mud and the rain. I like it cause after riding I am usually pretty muddy and I just hose off the suit and throw it in the washer with the rest of my gear. the price of the suit I believe was $29.99 but meijer has them on sale all the time for $19.99, this is when I got mine. they have yellow, blue, green and camo.

My wife and I subscribe to silverbullet2005's philosophy. We went to Meijer (I think) a few years ago and got Sterns rain suits. We carry them with us at all times on the quads. We also use them when we don't dress warm enough and we get cold on the trails. The waterproof suits keep the wind from going through your clothes. Hope this helps.

Helly Hanson make some nice light compact stuff if they still make work gear. I find that most of the work gear stuff has been turned to fashion .

For years I used hip boots, E-cofish tops and bottoms.
Now I got a set of cabellas chest waders, and the E-cofish top. The waders are so lite! like riding in jeans and sneakers
