I have a Polaris Sport 400. It has an AAEN pipe with a different clutch spring. I am going to send the jug in for porting, the head in for milling, & change the Polaris piston to Wiseco. Any suggestions on who does reliable trail porting?
I ride in the sand dunes at low elevation & would require the motor work company to supply jetting information also.

thank you

Glenn

I trusted Rick Ritter @ RCR to do the trail porting and head mods on my Scrambler. I asked him to keep as much low end in it as he could, and it has tremendous mid range power. The engine makes great HP through the RPM range. It runs much better than it did with the stock ports, and there's still room to port it out some more to make more top end. I'm still running rich jeting to break it in, with some pre-mix, so I'll see the real results when I start tuning on it.
